Record-Breaking Day Leads Warriors in Round One

The Westside girls varsity basketball team took to the court at Ralston Arena for their first round Metro Tournament matchup with Omaha Burke. Led by 18 points from Quinn Weidemann, who also broke the school career scoring record in the game and currently owns the single season record after last year, the Warriors grabbed a 72-41 first round victory. Nolin racked up 11 and McGinnis-Taylor put up 12 to help the Warriors.

Westside will return to action to take on Papillion-La Vista South on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at noon at Ralston Arena.
