The first round of A-6 districts has the #2 seed Westside varsity girls soccer team taking on the #3 seed Kearney Bearcats and the #1 seed Boys team taking on the #4 seed Benson Bunnies. The girls are coming off a four-game winning streak with two of those being against top ten teams. The girls have shown immense progress this season and are looking to continue. This game is truly a chance for them to show how they have grown throughout the season. On the other hand, the Westside Boys began their season with wins in seven of their first eight games, losing only to #1 Gretna. Although their momentum has slowed down in recent games, the team sets out to get back on track in their matchup against the Bearcats. On Monday night, both teams look for success in their district games.

Watch live and join Madie Schlegel and Ross Jernstrom as they give you all the action for Westside soccer’s matchup with their rival. Pregame show will start at 4:45 p.m. for the girls and 6:45 p.m. for the boys. Followed by kickoff at 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. respectively.
