To start the weekend off, girls varsity basketball traveled to Lincoln to play the Links at Lincoln High. The girls kept a steady lead throughout the whole game and began to pull away in the fourth quarter. The Warriors beat the Links 56-23 to graciously take the win. The next day, girls basketball continued their momentum playing Omaha Bryan at home. The girls took the lead early and finished strong with a final score of 70-22.

Boys varsity basketball paralleled their victories both Friday and Saturday night. The Links and Warriors battled hard and left the score fairly close as the first half ended. The Warriors pulled ahead in the second half and ended up winning 59-40. Saturday, the Warriors kept the score close but again, pulled away in the second half. The Warriors beat the Bryan Bears 69-43.

To add to the success, wrestling stayed close to home on Saturday for their dual at Bellevue East. Warriors had a strong showing with Darlondo Hill placing 1st, Michael Colling placing 2nd, Erik Wilson placing 2nd and Drew Sorrell placing 3rd. The next meet is Tuesday Dec. 15 at Lincoln Pius X.
