I never see my good qualities when I am looking in the mirror and I’m not the only person that thinks this way. The mind gets wrapped around the things we want to change about ourselves, our flaws. What comes to mind when thinking about imperfections are I’m not smart enough, my nose is too big, or I don’t have enough money. We’ve all had these thoughts. Self love is one thing many people lack, but it’s very important factor in living a healthy life. The majority of people think their flaws are what hold you back when in reality they make you who you are. People need to be able to accept them. Sketching your imperfection is one way to accept it because it helps you realize it isn’t as bad as it seems. So let’s flaunt our flaws by drawing them out.
