Warriors Send Navigators in Misdirection
A big night for the senior trio leads the Warriors to a win.

Omaha Westside marched into Beechner Athletic Complex on Friday night to take on the Lincoln North Star Navigators. Fueled by senior Jaden Kohls’ four all-purpose touchdowns, the Warriors came away with a 38-7 victory.
The senior trio of quarterback Dylan Plautz, running back Jaden Kohls, and receiver Caleb Schweigart was back at it again as they combined for 123 yards in the second half. After a few early long rushes by the Navigators, the Westside defense adjusted and kept the North Star run-first style offense’s damage to a minimum by giving up just 51 total yards of offense in the second half.
Westside returns to action on Friday, October 13, 2017, at 7 p.m. at Phelps field when they take on the defending state champions in Bellevue West for senior night.
