DIY: Make your homecoming proposal one for the books
September 13, 2016
As the homecoming season rolls around, many high school students find themselves asking the same question: “How will I ask my date to homecoming this year?”
To make your life a little easier, we have come up with a list of proposal poster essentials that everyone should use to make their homecoming proposal experience the best one yet.
To put together a proposal poster, you will need:
A poster board: Sold at any grocery or craft store.
Markers or paint: What’s a homecoming proposal without colorful signs and bubble letters?
A slogan: This may entail your soon-to-be date’s name, their favorite food, sports that they play, etc.
A prop: This could be a food item, a piece of sports equipment or anything to compliment the slogan on your poster.
Here are a few ideas for how to ask your special someone to Westside’s “All Around the World” homecoming dance this year.
