Lundquist Excellence in Teaching Award accepting nominations

Nominations for the 2016 Lundquist Award for Excellence in Teaching are now open. This award recognizes Westside High School teachers who go “above and beyond,” and have made a difference in the lives of their students. This year, the nomination form is a questionnaire on the “Survey Monkey” website. You can access this questionnaire by clicking on the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6TBVQGB
Please feel free to work in groups. The person whose nominated teacher is selected as this year’s Lundquist Award recipient will receive a $50 gift card for Target Stores. The deadline is 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18.
